Our PCP Kelly Clare has been a Godsend. She genuinely cares about her patients, and is a very compassionate, thorough, and knowledgeable practitioner. So happy to be part of the Wellstone group. Everyone there is so welcoming and accommodating. Thanks to all of the staff and practitioners for such great health care experiences each time we come in for a visit. 🫶
Karla was very kind and attentive, she provided me with necessary prescriptions and sent me to get an X-ray that was two days ago and they have still not given me the results and I am displaying the systems of pneumonia and no one has followed up. This very frustrating because I feel I am getting worse and if they are not getting her the results of the Xray she can’t make a determination on which antibiotics to prescribe! Dr. Clare is helpful, informative and professional. She takes time to listen and answer your questions and concerns. The front desk personnel were also helpful and the wait was minimal.
So far it’s not been a good experience. I don’t understand why they won’t fax my orders to the lab I’m at. The front desk is incredibly unprofessional. I don’t feel like they care at all.
