Always a wonderful experience at Kelly. Today I was pleasantly greeted and waited in a comfortable room, with nice amenities, while they completed my scheduled service. The complimentary car wash is a nice bonus. Well done! Thank you.
Customer service leaves a lot to be desired...very misleading about service. My parents drove two hours for an oil change and inspection, waited two hours for it to be completed and then charged without being told that it was no longer complimentary. I'm hoping they will take their business elsewhere.
Took my husbands car in for a noise coming from the car when turning left. They called him back to say he has rust on brakes and should brake harder. Well noise continued and took somewhere else for evaluation and found out he needed brake pads and rotors. Well if they truly looked at brakes and saw rust they should have seen needed new brake pads. Won't be going back....poor poor service.
Great selection of Cadillac and ditto on non Cadillacs. Some rare. Nice time
