I think that most of the employees at this Kelly BMW location should be retired because of there bias and prejudice. I have been treated unfairly on numerous occassions because of my race, gender, also status of having an older vehicle. I spend more than 2-4 hours for an oil change while watching others come and go before and after me regardless of appointment to stay with vehicle or not. The last visit was on 09/10/2024 where I spent more than 2 hours that only included a 1 minute inspection video and oil change. I went to ... read more

Kelly BMW provided several layers of service including but not limited to a MPI inspection/video for transparency and as a synopsis of needed repairs. Went into kelly BMW and advised that Tuffy put the wrong radiator in my car matt and Nathan agreed, they told me a previous customer had the same problem as me and they were to diagnose the radiator they came back after diagnosing my vehicle and stated the radiator was new, they stated at first I needed a coolant pump and this will stop the overheating, charged 881.00 to change the pump and it got worse, then they said I need a thermostat, the kicker with that is nelson auto shop put a new thermostat in my car, they stated t... read more

We dropped off our 2013 BMW to be serviced by Kelly BMW at Easton with minor repairs to an oil gasket. This was determined by the diagnostic testing that was implemented on two different occasions by the Kelly in house repair. Upon receiving the car back on the first day of usage the car began making sounds and alerted us that there was a problem. We performed the work properly, and the manufacturer has confirmed the same. Based on your customer review and the odometer reading when the vehicle was returned to us, it appears someone (not us) ignored engine "sounds" and drove the vehicle until damage was done to the vehicle's engine.
