Fantastic experience with this agency, every time I connect with them for a mutual client's homeowner insurance, it's always an easy process. Taylor is amazing to work with, she is full of information, which is so important, and she is fabulous at communication, which is huge! I highly recommend working with her and her team!!!

Imagine showing up at an insurance agency with all the documentation you need in-hand and are ready to bring your business there, and you are greeted by a sign taped to the door that states: "By appointment only. No walk-ins." Yeah. I went elsewhere. Thanks!

I used this agency for over 25 years for homeowners for my condominium residence in Boca pointe and when Mary Pierce retired, the new owners have provided no acceptable customer service. I was able to obtain a better plan for less money through State Farm which they did not offer and I'm still receiving notifications in lapse of coverage from homeowners choice. Yet no one in their office has reached out to me obtain a payment. His staff in this new office does not deserve anyone's business. I've been living here for over 35 ... read more

If I can leave no stars I would. Mary Pierce is a horrible agent. I was sent to collections for a missed payment, while I was paying monthly and Paying in FULL on an auto insurance policy. I've tried calling mulitple times no one returns calls to resolve the issue. While I brought the issue up multiple time to Mary she always told me I was in good standing.
