If I can leave no stars I would. Mary Pierce is a horrible agent. I was sent to collections for a missed payment, while I was paying monthly and Paying in FULL on an auto insurance policy. I've tried calling mulitple times no one returns calls to resolve the issue. While I brought the issue up multiple time to Mary she always told me I was in good standing.
I am giving Billiet Insurance a one star review because I didn’t have an option of negative stars. My Dad passed away and I have been trying to get a refund check for his Flood Insurance (Monarch) since August 2024. Eric LaFreniere was the agent I’ve been working with. Eric has zero customer service skills. He does not return phone calls or emails.
