Use to go here all the time and they were great. Went today and it was terrible. New people in there from before, I asked for my usual service and they went and did a different service without telling me and then charged me an extra $20. The UV Gel they did burned and when I said it the women said oh it does that and forcibly put my hand back under the uv light, and then Talked about me right in front of me. Never going back there, now out $100, absolutely terrible experience. Such a shame cause I used to love this place.
