Do not go to this ridiculous place! I went there a few months ago and they never called me back about my vials or anything. I got a piece of mail about a rescheduled doctor's appointment and every single time I called I was sent to a voicemail. I spoke with someone in billing one time and they said they would have someone on the nursing side call me and no one ever called me back. AND THEN they send me to collections! I talk to billing again and they apologize over and over and offered to take off the cost of the vials. I sa... read more

I know that you meet so many patients everyday but I had never been to your practice. It is not acceptable for someone to come in prick your arm with something and when I asked why and what and they walk out of the room. It's not acceptable for a n.p to walk in and just wipe off your arm where my blood is dripping without a glove on and then don't even wash your hands before or after.
