Most unprofessional office and doctor I have ever seen. I had a breast biopsy and was told I would hear by the end of the week . When they didn’t call me, I called them on Monday and was told by a nurse everything was fine. Next day I got my pathology report. It did NOT say everything was fine. I called back and was told they didn’t realize the doctor was on vacation. How do you not know that? Then they did try to have the radiologist and pathologist talk to find my results. Dr Dinnan is everything you would look for in a surgeon. Not only is she extremely skilled, she treats her patients with warmth and careful attention to their concerns and questions. I was so blessed to have her as my surgeon for recent cancer surgery (in the midst of the pandemic!). Five stars aren’t enough to describe her. I highly recommend Dr Dinnan to anyone looking for the best surgeon around!
I had To have my first colonoscopy done and she was the one I was scheduled with. And let me just say I am soooo grateful that it was with her. I went Through all of my concerns and she put me completely at ease. She has an amazing bedside manner and personality. I will Definitely do my next one with her and recommend her to anyone who needs a great surgeon/doctor!!!
Dr. Dinnan is a phenomenal surgeon! I was having to get my gallbladder removed and Dr. Dinnan was extremely personable, thorough, explained in great detail what would happen before, during, and after surgery. I am day 2 after my surgery and I feel great, even with just taking Advil instead of any heavy duty drugs. Overall, for me to feel this safe and well after surgery I can only thank Dr. Dinnan!
Dr Dinnan and staff have performed 2 surgeries on me. I am 100% satisfied. The care I have received from the staff and doctor go far beyond 5stars. Dr Dinnan is a wonderful professional surgeon.
I was sent to Dr. Dinnan for an ultrasound and breast exam when I was 26 and felt a lump. Long story short, I was misdiagnosed, my cancer grew for an additional six months, and when she did diagnose me with breast cancer she told me she wouldn't have done anything differently if another young woman came to her with a lump in her breast. Why wasn't a mammogram or biopsy ordered? Why didn't she take my breast redness seriously? I should have gotten a second opinion but I didn't know what I do now.
Dr. Dinnan is an excellent surgeon and a very caring, thorough person. I would recommend her for excellent care to anyone!
Just had gallbladder surgery with Dr. Dinnan and she was great! Made me feel comfortable even though I was very nervous. Very good bed side manner. I will HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who needs surgery done :)
