We had been looking for some property to build on and Heather came through with a great lot with sewer, water and cable for us in Liberty Grove.
We’d like to start off this review acknowledging that we had a previous positive experience with an agent from Kellstrom Ray selling a former home. Such a pleasant experience, we used the same agent to purchase the home we live in today. We love our home and are very happy with it. My experience with this agency taught me one should never call the sellers company if you are interested in a property they are representing because they don't care about the buyers interests. I called 3 days after a property went on the market and put in an offer 2 days later. The plot of survey clearly showed an encumbrance on the property with the neighbors driveway being 8 feet over the property line on this vacant piece for sale.
