Reached out to Kells after discovering our furnace was making a horrible metallic noise (which later turned out to be the blower had destroyed itself). He was the only one not charging $250+ just to come out on a Saturday ($88) and was very reasonable with the pricing for the repair!! He actually came over after business hours because the part arrived after business hours and he wanted to get the furnace back to working order!! Thanks again!!
Called talked to a technician and set up a time for him to come the next day to repair my furnace. Waited for hours. Never called me and never showed up. I would not recommend this business.
