On 08/3/23, I dropped my car off at Kellogg's for A/C service. On 08/04/23, I received a call that my vehicle was ready. I explained to the older female answering the phone that I was out of town and would pick my car up upon return on Monday. The lady said that would be fine. When I came to pick my car up on Monday, I was told that the older female was testing it out one more time. This lady is not a mechanic. I took my vehicle to Kellogg's Auto Air 4401 Greenwood Rd Shreveport,La 71109 to have the AC repaired. It was in May of 2022 and the Summer Heat was already in the Air. I paid to have it diagnosed. They informed me the the compressor would have to be replaced. The compressor is one of the most expensive jobs to have done. I agreed to have it done.
