I absolutely love KPMC. Dr. Cook is the Best! The staff is awesome! Our pets are treated like family :)
Dr. Cook is so helpful and compassionate. When our dog had a terminal illness he went above and beyond to help and made a tramatic situation bearable. Excited to be beinging our new puppy to him for her care!
Dr. Cook provides the best care our pups have ever, ever had! He teaches us how to care for our pups when they need special attention. Our two dogs aren't afraid of Dr. Cook & his wonderful crew. When we've kenneled our dogs at KPMC I'm pretty sure our dogs think they're visiting a 4 star hotel! (They are very bonded & can stay together, too.)

Just a shout out to Dr. John Cook who finally cured Buddy's fleas with Nexgard! One visit, one dose, one bath and he is now flea-free and sleeping like a log. (I was treating him unsuccessfully for 4 months with frontline from Costco. Never again!)
I had 2 of my boys get sick and pass away within 6 months apart in 2014. Dr. Cook was very good at explaining each step of the way when we were trying treatments on them so that I was understanding what was going on. He took the time to go over x-rays. And even call me back after hours and on weekends when I had concerns.. Unfortunatly both dogs were incurable but with Dr. Cooks & his staff's help we tried to make their passing as easy & painless as possible...The girls at the front desk always know who I am and have always ... read more
Thank you to Dr Cook and his wonderful and caring staff for the best care ever of my beloved cat Spooky who recently died. They even sent a nice sympathy card and a poem called "at Rainbow Bridge" inspired by a North legend.
