KAMA is the Best place for a work out! The staff is amazing and they constantly challenge you.
This is my first experience with kickboxing and I am very pleased! The workouts are tough, but I NEED the tough workouts to get results. The instructors are top shelf and the music keeps me pumped through the entire workout. I finish each workout feeling accomplished. It's an excellent program.
I did the trial kickboxing classes and loved it!!! What a great way to workout!
My son just started taking classes for the first time. I was very surprised at how wonderful the art is as well as the instruction taught by Sifu and Mr. Miller. I appreciate their dedication and hard work they put forward to teach martial arts to children. This is a wonderful place and I am glad we decided to take classes here.
My daughter has been going to karate for almost a year now. She started just before her 5th birthday. I wasn't sure if she was ready, but I'm so glad we decided to start that early. It has helped her gross motor skills, discipline, her focus, and she absolutely loves it! Sifu Kellison and Mr Miller do a great job teaching! I highly recommend Kellison Academy.
Our son has been attending classes for a year and we LOVE Kellison Academy!! Our son loves it and is sad on days he doesn't have karate. It has improved his attention skills and he's made lots of new friends.
This is a really great martial arts academy with a wonderful staff. Both of my kids take classes here and they look forward to every class, not to mention the extra sparring lessons on the weekends and my oldest loves being on their competition team.
We were looking for something to help our son with his discipline and behavior. He is a smart/good kid just needed a little help. We have been with Kellison for a couple of months now and have seen great improvement. In school he is getting "green" days everyday vs "red" days. The school has even commented on how well he is doing. We are very thankful to Ray, Chris, Darci, Nathan and Beck they are all very patient, kind and just GREAT with the kids!
