I have been trying to reach someone; emails do not get a response. Phone calls—no one ever answers, and it goes to a voicemail box which is full. The website says they are open M-F but voicemail message says M/W/F. Does anyone really work there? Then I come across them on Zillow and it says income restricted, so I can't even live there because I make too much according to them, I don't see this anywhere on their website. What a waste of my time trying to reach out.
