Worst experience ever. Left the flowers I ordered under my dad's truck instead of properly rescheduling as stated on my invoice. The man was beyond unprofessional, was swearing on the phone when I answered and was more concerned with getting off work. The flowers looked cheap and were not in a protective container.
Very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I did not call in advance but Caleb did a great job with my sympathy bouquet. The best part he let me give input on the bouquet. Thanks again Caleb. Sorry if I spelled your name wrong.
