I have known Dr. Brown for about 10 years now. She has performed a few of my surgeries and has saved my life more than once. She always explains things well and is always kind. I always look forward to an appointment with her.
They dont tell up front that they're going to do a $1000.00 ultra sound test and if your insurance doesn't pay you have to. We walked out . Nurse I felt was rude. No one had any idea about how insurance worked. You have to speak to our billing dept we were told. When we asked if we could quick call our insurance to verify coverage for said test...we got a no her next appt's in 20 min. Also for a consultation they wanted to do a $1000.00 test? And what if I decided not to do my surgery here?
