Kellie did an awesome job! She was so patient when our anticipated list date kept getting moved out and gave us great advice on what repairs to do before listing. The staging company did a phenomenal job and we were so pleased with the pictures of the house. Kellie was fantastic during the negotiation process and we are so thankful for her hard work. We will definitely recommend her to others!
I would give Kellie a 10 out of 10. Definitely will refer others her way if they are in the market to buy or sell. I haven't done a transaction for several years and she was very patient walking me through the process.
I could not say enough good things about my experience with Kellie. The thing that sticks out the most was her optimism about me eventually finding the right home (which I did) during those moments when I felt demoralized and completely discouraged. She stood by my side when I was frustrated and feeling heartbroken (this is a really hard market!). I can't say enough about how awesome Kellie is. I am a first time home buyer and of course was a bit anxious. Kellie listened to me and knew what I was looking for and in what price range. Plus she was honest. If a property didn't look like it would fit my needs, she would say so. Honesty is like gold. I will definitely refer her to people I know if they are looking for a home.
What is the value of trust? There is no dollar value on peace of mind. Kellie -having you in our corner as our real estate agent gave me peace of mind because I have absolute trust in you. I was not able to view the houses in person- you were my eyes and ears. You dealt with my family members and communicated seamlessly across multiple time zones.
