Excellent. Very informed and a good treatment plan.
Dr. Gates is truly an extraordinary doctor. From the moment I met her, I felt seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. She didn’t just listen…she believed me. After a traumatic car accident, I was in significant pain where I could barely move or sit, and previous visits to the ER (a horrible ER doctor yelled at me for complaining about the pain) and even a neurosurgeon left me feeling dismissed and invalidated. She rushed me through the diagniosis steps and to treatment without really listening to my input. The procedure was extremely expensive and completely ineffective. I think the issue could have been avoided if the paid better attention to the test results. It seemed like getting approval for the treatment was more important than treating my problem.
