Closed the office with no notification to patients with appointments. Found out by arriving to scheduled appointment and finding it closed. Apparently need to check the website before every appointment.
Went to my daughters very first appointment and was charged $200.00 for x-rays. I kept asking them to bill the insurance and they insisted the patient pays for x-rays. I've never heard of this before. All orthodontists around usually charge insurance. They didn't give me an option. And I was not prepared. Only has $20 on me. Very discouraging.
Unprofessional with a God complex, poor bedside manners, offensive in her responses and prioritizes her needs before her patient. Beware if you are a patient of color, your experience may not be so pleasant.
