Dr. Howard and her entire staff are amazing. They truly care for your animals.
We have been taking our three dogs here for 9 years. Whether it’s a routine visit or an emergency I always know that the fur babies are in excellent hands. Dr. Howard was able to treat our peek-a-pug’s mysterious illness - that turned out to be the very rare sterile panniculitis. She never gave up. She was also was crucial in the after treatment of my teacup Yorkie’s scorpion bite. After his stay at the emergency hospital she quickly got him back up to speed and on track for a full recovery. Crossroads came in clutch for me this weekend! I needed to get my cat in for an asap sedative grooming and not only did they schedule me first thing the next morning, but they made time to get him groomed same day despite their busy schedule. Jocelyn was absolutely wonderful, very professional and did an excellent job on my cat. I was extremely satisfied with their quality of service and professionalism. Definitely recommend them!
