Go with Nicole Riegler. Kelli was rude, and gave us advice that if we listened to we would have honestly just been in for it. So glad we sought a second opinion. When in doubt, or have a moment of second guessing someone, seek a second opinion.

Showed up late multiple times, and somehow every house we toured was suddenly “getting offers” the second I said I wanted time to think. The whole thing felt rushed and weirdly pushy. Buying a house is stressful enough without feeling like your realtor is working against you. We luckily were able to consult with a local Facebook group and found a realtor who had more compassion for our blended family.

Kelli was really great to work with. Since most everything was done virtually, Kelli was available to talk me through the process of filling out the forms. She was definitely at the right place at the right time since my house went pending in less than 24 hours! There were at least 6 showings scheduled as soon as the house went on the market. This is the second house Kelli has sold for me. I would use her again if I had another house to sell.
