I was really troubled by the care - or lack of care - I received. Here is the issue with filing a complaint with the state licensing board: patients aren't taken seriously. Other doctors are a little bit if they complain, but if hospitals put in a complaint, they are the money makers. However, I never made it into a hospital setting, thank goodness. Dr. Favata is an excellent specialist in her field and was easy to talk to about my Vein disease. She personally had to make sure a vendor delivered my surgical products in time for a procedure. I appreciated her making sure that I could get my multiple procedures done in a timely manner d/t the clinic closing at this location. The staff is awesome! I look forward to a follow-up at her new clinic opening at the end of summer.

I wish all medical procedures were as effective as this. Dr. Favata is as good as it gets. Excellent staff and good office PR.
