My wife and I have dealt with real estate brokers as owners and investors for 40 years. Simply put, Kelli Marchbanks is the best we have ever dealt with. We had a difficult sale involving a house in terrible shape. She brought in a team of several contractors who she vetted and competively bid; and brought a special CBRE financing program that provided $50K of interest free financing to help pay for the fixits.
