I've worked with Kelli several times as an appraiser and she represented me as my realtor on a few investment deals. Kelli anticipates your needs and ensures the transaction proceeds quickly and smoothly. She also "works well with others". In real estate, we have to coordinate with several different entities to have a successful transaction. It's vital to be polite and honest. Kelli checks off all the boxes.
