Don’t even bother on calling. She doesn’t answer the phone and doesn’t reply the messages either i even went to the salon in person, i talked to her and she never got back to me. Obviously she doesn’t need clients. Poor customer service.
I’m gonna start off by saying I am not a fan of going to the hairdresser! I never know how to communicate what I want done. They up charge constantly while sitting captive in the chair and I leave exhausted and frustrated!! Having just moved to the area I tried a fancy hair salon in Beaverton, brought pictures and tried to explain my wishes. Hoping for a color to blend white hair growing in for a natural grow out look. Kelli is amazing! Shes so personable and talented, I’m always looking forward to my next appointment.
I love Kelli and she does a great job cutting my hair. We have great conversations as well!!
