Management practices under poor business principles. Poor management which means, management does a poor job at managing. Poor business practices, but professes to be great - pitiful. One star is too much. Maintenance staff is great, but management is a sorry excuse for management. King is a nice area, but I would not recommend this place for anyone - unless you enjoy poor quality management, besides management can't help it, management is ignorant by choice.
