Great location. Easy access. Smooth transactions. Easy rental process. A little higher priced but this is the second time I used them. If had to use storage again would probably shop around in this economy.
I used Kelley's Storage to store my furniture and household belongings for 5 months during a complicated move. My experience with Kelley's was phenomenal from start to finish-- Debby is wonderful to work with and getting set up was very straightforward. The facility on the South Side feels very secure and I was never worried about the safety of my belongings. Moving in and out was very smooth and I could not have asked for a better experience. I highly highly recommend Kelley's for large storage needs in the South Bend area.
