You can never get them on the phone
I would give it no stars if possible. I came to get a nebulizer for my mother at 3:50, they closed at 4 but her breathing was really bad and her doctor sent us to get one..that said they never got the fax from the doctor, so when we stepped outside to call and figure it out they locked the door behind. So I wasnt a le to get the nebulizer for my mother. They lied not getting the fax just because they were close to closing and didnt want to do their job..and to top it all off the place smelled like weed,
I have had 2 different docters put in to get my husband a hospital bed/ have not heard one word from this business/ called 2 times and was giving the run around/I do not recommend this business/ I will take my business else where
Beware …had knee replacement surgery 2 items were “covered “ under insurance. They failed to tell me the equipment in on a rent to own program over a 15 month period. So instead of billing insurance co total at which would have allowed it to be totally covered under my deductible which I had met it’s now into a new year. So they bill insurance co approx 40 dollars a month for the two pieces of equipment and me approx 15 a month for 15 months. Totaling for me approx $225 insurance co $ 600 . My husband was discharged from an in house rehabilitation facility 2 months ago. He is unable to walk on his own and he STILL doesn't have a walker. How can this be possible! Kelly's has given me the run around for 2 months: we don't have the order, we don't have his insurance... All info was faxed 3 separate times in early January. I went to a thrift store and was able to buy a great walker for a great price.
