Very knowledgeable and thorough. Did a good cleaning and explained what to do if the noise returns and how to make ordering the part, quick and simple. So any return trip will be a one trip fix. The two men work well together as a team.

It’s hard owning a second home when something goes wrong, but Kelley's Heating and Air got right on the problem the day I called them, granted they couldn’t totally fix it that day due to parts having to be ordered. They came up with a solution and got my heater back up and running that same day. They are professional and reliable.
