We use Kelley’s at hour home and our Church. They installed a new unit at home 3 years ago with no issues. Price was competitive. I’m over building & grounds at Church (4 units) and they have always responded quickly, even coming one Sunday so we could have services. I’ve recommended them to a lot of people, even the house across the street from me with a new unit.
One of my units wasn't working at my lake house and we called these guys. They responded quickly and got the issue resolved. They even called on the way like they said that they would. Also did a tune up on both units while there. Awesome experience and we will use them again!
Ive used Kelley's for several years now. They are very responsive even on weekends and holidays and they are very honest about what your problem is and they dont try to upsale.
Air conditioning did not kick on this morning. Called Jeff around 10AM. By 11:30 it was repaired, with his Tech actually apologizing for not getting out earlier. Polite, professional, knocked it out and was on to the next job.
Very knowledgeable and thorough. Did a good cleaning and explained what to do if the noise returns and how to make ordering the part, quick and simple. So any return trip will be a one trip fix. The two men work well together as a team.
