The technician Abel De La Torre went above and beyond. He tested and cleaned the unit. The drain was clogged so he cut the pcv line, and cleared the clog. I was very satisfied with his work ethic.

Mickey Kelly is honest and fair. He’s a good ole boy. We bought an REO home. The ac looked new to us bc it wasn’t an old home, but the ac didn’t work. He explained that bc the house didn’t have an aerator (on well water) the house was acting as the aerator and it corroded the coil. The matters bc if we didn’t know that we would have replaced everything and had the same problem again! So we added an aerator and never had a problem. My Whole family uses him :)
