Their incompetence and lack of follow up essentially killed our dog. We came in with our 3 year old dog knowing she had gotten into a few things... Fireball candies and had chewed toothbrushes. She started refusing to eat and wanting to be alone. After X-rays and blood work she was diagnosed her with pancreatitis and we were given medicine. She finished the medication but was still refusing to eat so I took her back in. Horrible place! Adopting is a scam! You adopt a kitten for $180 including neutering and front declaw. Once you bring the kitten back to get fixed and declawed, they inform you it's another $120 for pain meds and other shots.... they should tell you upfront. It's a scam, please dont adopt from them

Scary – My dog was misdiagnosed and placed on NSAIDs and steroids at the same time by Dr. Kelley. I ended up going to MSU where dog was immediately removed from meds because the combination causes GI bleeding. Dog was in ICU for 3 days with abcessed tooth where infection went into eye. Needed surgery. I can forgive the misdiagnosis, but Dr. Kelley should have known better about the steroid and NSAIDs. Yes, also expensive- but would pay the price if I thought care was appropriate. Helpful and Caring – This is a great veterinary practice. Dr. Kelley is top-notch and very considerate and respectful of his clients. They've always provided excellent care for my pets, one of which has a chronic disease. Cheap, they aren't. But you get what you pay for. I've jokingly told Dr. Kelley that I own part of his Hummer and classic 'vette since I've helped make the payments.
