Great PCP! Really cares for her patients and takes time with them! Highly recommend!
Will never go to her for anything. Went to initial appointment and told her my issues and she said I didn’t need any further testing or anything and told me come back in 6 months… Worst visit I’ve ever had with any doctor ever. Didn’t even wanna put the 1 *
Kelly Slate is a joke for a P.A to scared to give you any medication...if you need to go see P.A don't go see her...

This is my own personal experience with Kelley Slate as my mom’s PCP. She totally ignored our concerns, never addressed any of the problems we informed her our mother was having. We had a healthcare nurse reach out to Kelly Slate with the concerns and she ignored those as well. She said she would send a referral to a pulmonologist in Tyler but after we called several times to see if the Doctor had received the referral, they told us that we could go ahead and make the appointment ourselves without the referral.
