Since when do you make appointments and then take people as they come in?!?! We scheduled this appointment 2 hours and 15 minutes before our next appointment knowing we would have plenty of time to get done, but instead we are sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes and still haven’t been called back. When I asked the receptionist if we would have time to get this done, we were told “probably not”. “You can always cancel and come back later” Guess what?!?! That’s not happening.
