I heard he retired when i called his office. he was with Well med at the end, but they told me he retired. Thats so sad he was a very good doctor, But I guess we all have to retire one day. he was my doctor for over 30 years.
Dr Kelley might be the only doctor in the world with a receptionist whose job is to keep people from seeing him. While Dr Kelley is nice and professional, his receptionist is rude and unfriendly. If you want to be treated like trash by a surly receptionist, this is the place for you.

I've been a patient with Dr Kelly when his father at the practice and retired. Dr Kelly is a great doctor he has great knowledge he's very professional and he cares about his patients. Don't get discouraged when you call if someone talks to you rude may happen may not but just let out to Kelly know and he will take care of it but don't be turned off by whoever answers the phone and makes your appointment ??
He has been my Dr. For quite a while. He is the best. I went to see him even if I had Molina as my insurance. Making a change of insurance carrier. Because of this. Has the best staff.
Dr. Kelley has been our family's General Practitioner for over 20 years and we would not change him for anybody else. He is an immensely competent doctor who takes time to get to know his patients in a professional and compassionate manner. There is no question that he will leave unanswered to the patients understanding and satisfaction. His office and nursing staff have also been with him for many years and follow his patient philosophy.
He is the most caring and knowledgeable Dr. I have ever been too. Me and my husband live in Cypress @ 290 and we have for more than 20 yrs. been seeing. We have a great relationship with him and with the office staff. He is so trustworthy, kind and makes feel so valuable. L&P Richmond
I'm not a happy camper with this want to be doctor. He's great at writing refills....other than that and he's got to send you to some other doctor.
I am a 51 year old male that started seeing Dr. Robert and Jeffrey when I was about 8 years old. The integrity, honesty, respect, time spent with you, honest feedback and general caring that you do not find in many Doctors today make this gentleman a RESPECTABLE human being and an extraordinary doctor. When he retires, I will be lost...
