Condescending and treats patients like children. She does not take the time to hear patients' global concerns, understand the patients' needs, or show concern on a personal level. I find this to be a barrier to quality care. It feels more like checking the boxes - a very impersonal approach.
Starting with the reception area staff- They we’re kind and easy to speak with. Medical Assessment with MA- she was wonderful. Dr. Kelley- My first visit I was late. I was at the wrong building…. She worked through her lunch so that I could address all my concerns. She was kind understanding and knowledgeable. She gave me comfort and reassurance that we would get my medical issues taken care of. She sent out proper referrals and helped me get scheduled with the appropriate doctors in a timely manner. Dr Kelley’s staff is VERY nice - but if you need anything outside an OF office visit Dr Kelley is difficult to communicate with - specifically if you need updates to school sports physicals or adjustments to medication.
Dr. Kelley is always so kind and listens to what you are saying , We are very satisfied with her care .
I have been seeing Dr. Kelley for a few years now and cannot say enough of how wonderful she is. She sees each patient as a unique individual with a genuine interest of care. Not only is she thorough, but she listens to her patients, providing a relationship built on trust. If you are looking for a doctor that truly listens to your needs and wants the best for your health and wellness, it is Dr. Kelley.
I have been with Dr. Kelley ever since she has been in practice. I have always received excellent and appropriate care. Usually seen promptly for my visits.
Dr. Kelley is awesome. She takes the time to listen to you, as well as making sure you are getting all the help & education for your particular needs. She is to the point and doesn't sugar coat serious issues. Dr. Kelley is caring and thorough! I would highly recommend her!
She has been my primary care doctor for 14 years. I find he is a caring person who is interested in my well being and ready to listen to me in order to meet my concerns. While she may at times appear a bit tough, she really is a gentle but no nonsense person and she tells it like it's.
Dr Kelley is very caring and thorough. She treats my father with respect and understanding. She actually hugs him after each visit. I trust her to keep on top of any issue he has.
