When I got there she gave me a lollipop. That doesn't matter though, because she gave me the best treatment ever. I'm not going into detail about that though. I think she's the better London.
My first check up appt with Dr. London was fine. She told me every other doctor was telling me something wrong, and I believed her which led me to changing my birth control. However, when I had to come in for my annual pap and a vaginal ultrasound, both her and the ultrasound tech did not have good bedside manner. I verbally say "Ouch" 4-5 times and both said "you'll be fine" and continued on with the procedure. Absolutely so thankful to everyone at this office. I would recommend them 1 million times. Dr. London delivered my Kamila. I went straight into labor as I was driving to her office. Dr. London met us at the hospital in a quick time and was there to deliver my baby. She did not leave me alone. She was there to guide me and make sure I felt ok. I left my appointment with Dr. London in tears. I have a high-risk twin pregnancy during a pandemic and with so many unknowns. Each question I asked was given a short, snappy answer or I was cut-off mid-question entirely. I have a background in human biology and was answered every time like I was a complete idiot. I was also not respected as a patient and the preferences I had for my own body and pregnancy were completely dismissed without any explanation as to why or open discussions. i saw dr. london for years and finally decided to leave the practice because of how uncompassionate and unpredictable she is. actually left her office in tears after having shared some very personal information and her response was to hand me a pamphlet for and IUD and said "read this and maybe this will fix you". there are too many wonderful doctors in the world. i would not waste your time seeing dr. london.
The lack of compassion and empathy is truly disturbing here. This is a very sensitive matter for me and many women. As a survivor, I expected more from a gyno. She gave up because it didn’t go her way. Using the scare tactic to cover your own butt. Dr. London has been seeing me since I was 16 years old. She is absolutely amazing along with all of the staff at Westmoreland. I don’t even live in the area anymore, but I travel back just to see her because she makes me feel so comfortable!
Dr. London was amazing, I had a C-section with my previous child and this one was by far better. I had little to no pain after the surgery, I was able to stand up by myself within a day. The recovery has been easier and faster than the first.
I have been going to Dr. London for more than 5 years now, she is always pleasant and makes me feel comfortable. I would recommend her highly, she is wonderful!
