Do not lease a printer from Kelly Connect!!!! We leased a printer from them several years ago. Our printer was not working properly and they traded our printer out to be fixed. It was never fixed!!!! The local repair service kept telling us we were out of contract so they could charge for extras on top of our monthly lease payment. After being told numerous times we were out of contract by the local service company, we brought in another printer from another company and returned their printer. Great service. Great company. Worthy my money compared to other cheap companies.
I started with this company with the original honorable owner 30 years ago. It use to be called Seattle Data. Since the business is now called Kelley Imagining it is anything but honorable. I have a much needed Lexmark scanner that has been down for two weeks. They continue to send one inapt technician after another. They spend volumes of time at each of our employees desk interfering with their production. I suggested a loaner until they could repair this very basic scanner.
