I called Kelley because my AC quit working a few days ago. They were able to fit me in their busy schedule and came out just a few days after I called. The technician (Dillon) who came out for the service call did come out later than the scheduled service time, but he did great at communicating that to me ahead of time so I knew what to expect. UPDATE 05/12/2025!!!!!: Called Kelley plumbing and heating on our First day moving into first ever house on a Saturday and Kelley was there within an hour and fixed the issue with no hesitations. Logan had no problems with cats bothering him while he was working lol. Logan was amazing!!!!!! Absolutely worth it. We will be literally calling these guys every time we have a problem. Paid thousands on dollar for a job I was told would take less than 8hrs. Took them six days. Had to call multiple times to get updates when they would come back to finish the job. Had to buy a ac unit (record heat temps) had water damage from the staff not covering the hole after working on the roof. Called them back months later once we turned the furnace on. Was told the Circuit board was bad and we had to wait for them to schedule to put a new one in. Had to buy a space heater and told us to order a new Circuit panel. Cen... read more
