On his management side: Lacks leadership skills, unethical practices, and constantly brings up politics in the workplace. He puts his agents against each other and causes a huge divide in the office and refuses to take accountability for his lack of leadership and knowledge of training ethical practices. Once Jon signs you up, he won't help with anything else. He left my husband on an expensive RX plan and when I called him on it, he said, "oops, I knew there was someone who fell through the cracks". Then I cancelled our insurance with him, filled out all of the proper forms to do so, then he failed to cancel it for us, and we had to pay 6 month's worth of premiums. And he, nor Banker's Life, would not issue us a refund. Do not use Jon Riley.
