Too bad I can’t post without adding a star because I didn’t receive any services from Attorney Daniel B Kelley. I paid for a parking lot spot in downtown Chicago back in May, 2026 and received a collection letter two days ago. Receipt and debit from bank account established proof of payment. This attorney and others, have trash parking companies as clients who provide them with claims based on inaccurate information. The attorney’s contact info is misleading on purpose. Received a FALSELY accused parking ticket for a car that wasn't even ours! Website contact section will not let you leave any messages. gets stuck on the "caption" letters and will not send. I have reported this so called lawyer to the BBB and Co lawyers complaint website along with USPS harassment postal mail. This is 2 times that they have contacted us over the summer. This attorney has made a business out of scamming hardworking people who unfortunately pay to park unknowingly of his scamming in one of his parking lots. I paid for parking in North Carolina only to receive a notice for $102 for unpaid parking. When I went to dispute it and provided proof of payment he provided 0 documentation / photos of my vehicle leaving the lot or at all, and stated the ticket was still valid. horrible and do something better with your law degree than sit back and collect off of paid parking lots...like you could be helping people or making a change in our country
This whole situation feels like a scam. Nobody ever answers the phone, nor will they return your call when you leave a message. I have proof from Texas DMV that the vehicle cited is NOT registered to me and I have provided that proof but keep getting an automated email telling me my dispute has been denied and the amount owed keeps increasing. I have turned it over to my lawyer.
