Definitely did not recieve notice beforehand about the ticket. But I sure do enjoy the threat of collections. Everytime I interact with lawyers I hate them more.

I received a collection letter from this office regarding a parking notice issued by Parking Revenue Recovery Services related to a garage in downtown Denver. I disputed the notice because payment had been made at the exit kiosk and the gate opened normally. I submitted documentation and requested clarification about the fee and the signage at the facility. The law firm sent me a parking notice letter with an email address to write if I wanted to dispute it. The email address does not work. I called their line and they have an automated voice repeating the same instructions. Still does not work.
