Contract before closing had a $10K error, unacceptable for a law firm/title company. Requested cashiers check to be overnighted and it arrived 4 days later as a bank check not a cashiers check. This too shows lack of concern. Very disappointed with the service. One positive: The instructions were emailed clearly for signing of documents.
Nice folks, Completely satisfied and would definity use them again.
