I have time to write a review as I stand outside “Kelley Cuts” her in Anchorage.. It’s 915 am. Web site says 9 am opening. I’ve called twice to make sure I wasn’t making a mistake on opening time. But I’m correct., Here is a courtesy business suggestion. If you post an opening time at 9 am. 8:59 is on time. Anything after that is late. It’s now 9:20 am. It’s called Business 101.
