Not a long wait for appointment and was done the same day which is very nice and convenient
I was lied to by the service advisor. I was told an exhaust stud broke and factory bolts were ordered. I inspected the repairs after getting my truck back. I found an 8mm bolt and nut in place of a 10mm stud and nut. This repair is acceptable to me. I was lied to is my biggest concern. The technician working on the truck twisted the wiring for the exhaust gas temperature sensor. Instead of removing and reinstalling the sensor correctly.
Have had great experiences with their sales and services.
Been buying cars from kelly since they were on state street ,currently have 4 that i own ,Took my wife's 2015 Terrain for service fuel leak and miss fire, almost $7000 later ,fuel line replaced, along with timing chain ,cam shaft and about every other part you can imagine. Still misses and they dont have any idea, just wants to keep replacing parts ,finally had enough ,will never buy or have service with Kelly again
