Terrible service. Of course they charged me for the diagnostic fee but gave me no answer to the problem. Got it fixed elsewhere. Won't be back to Kelley
After my brand new 2025 HD had a breakdown I called the dealership that I bought the truck from, they were not willing to help me and treated me very rudely. I immediately reached out to Kelly service center. They immediately sent out a tow truck and got me safely off the side of the road. As soon as they got my vehicle, they ran a diagnostics very quickly diagnosed the issue as a bad oxygen sensor, Andy called me immediately and let me know that they had the part overnighted from Wisconsin.
