They got me in so quickly and repaired my car without overcharging me. Carlos was an incredibly friendly associate to work with, and went out of his way to be considerate of my time during the repair. I’ve had nothing but great experiences here, from the purchase to the maintenance. Cannot recommend enough!!!
I had a low tire when I went to my truck on a Saturday morning. I called the service center and they told me to come on in and they would work me in. We made the drive to Fort Wayne and they got us in and removed the screw from the tire. Excellent customer service!
I was warmly greeted by Spencer when I pulled through automated overhead doors, into the climate controlled service center. In addition to fitting me in for my full Dexos synthetic oil change, Spencer had the tech send me a personalized video letting me know they ran a free alignment check for me while I was here today. They ALSO patched a tire and saved me from having to spend a couple hundred $ on new tires! Finally, they let me use a $20 coupon, and got my vehicle done in just over an hour!
