Non-responsive to numerous calls & messages regarding follow up services promised to us. We spent over $8,000 to have trees cut & removed. There were 2 remaining branches that were supposed to be cut the next time the bucket truck was in the area. It has been over 18 months and yet Dan Gordon, nor any staff members have returned our calls and messages. Very disappointed in the integrity of this company. ☹️
