I am new to beekeeping. A local beekeeper told me that Kelley's supplies were the best. I ordered everything I needed to start two hives, and I am beyond pleased. The products were great, but the employees are even better. They have been extremely helpful and attentive. Their advice and expertise were exactly what I needed to get started. I look forward to a business relationship that will last for years to come. Thank you for everything you've done for me and my family.
We have dealt with Kelley for 35 years. Never had a problem. Quality is excellent. We always order by phone. Someone always answers the phone. Order is shipped immediately. Since the new owners, same excellent experience
I'll be glad to change my review when I see action taken. I've left 3 voicemails and sent one email regarding my order. Still no contact back. After seeing other reviews, I'm afraid I've made a terrible mistake. Kelley Beekeeping-I'm waiting!
I placed my order on the 12th I had it on the 15th. That's hard to beat.
I placed my order on February 24th and have had to call in 4 times now to see what the heck is going on. No email notifications, nothing in response, long wait time on hold. Still have not received my order and it's always a different reason. There are MANY companies out there who want my money, and I am very dissatisfied so far. I paid almost a grand for my order.
