I will add my voice to others' who feel Dr. Singer is a very good doctor. I have been seeing her for several years, and I find her caring, attentive and professional. Dr. Singer has been very responsive to my health needs, whether in person or via messaging in the AdventHealth patient portal. I feel my health and well being are in good hands with Dr. Singer.
This doc seems to get poor reviews...she is a great doctor. I feel the reviews are reflecting the treatment patients get on the phone from staff. They have a scripted response for specific requests...and despite having had just recently talked with the doctor, they will not listen to anything that deverts from their script. When I became urgent regarding my issue, I was hung up on...when I called back to speak with another person...this member clearly had been prompted by the first...just barring on being rude, she did proce... read more
Great lady and listens to you and helps anyway she can
We became patients of Dr Singer and called to verify our first appointment which was two months in advance. The receptionist that answered the phone refused to even verify our appointment. She was obtuse with her answers and just kept saying Dr Singer had a very very very heavy patient load! She talked over me and then incredibly, hung up on me. This is hands down the worst experience I've ever had with a physician's receptionist.
Dr Singer is the absolute best. Never dismissive, always thoughtful, patient, and kind. Everyone I’ve ever interacted with in her office is the same.
