Deceiving sales tactics! I messaged Bryan David about a vehicle, asked for the price of vehicle & was given a price. After almost an hour of driving I found the given price was the down payment only

My experience with Kelly Autoplex has been extremely disappointing. The level of service I received after purchasing my vehicle was far from what I expected. Initially, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, almost making you feel like part of the family. However, that changed quickly once the sale was completed. I’ve had ongoing issues with the vehicle, and the mechanic they work with does not appear to properly diagnose or resolve the problems. On top of that, communication has been very poor. If I could give this dealership negative stars, I would. Since one star is the lowest option, that’s what they’re getting. My niece purchased a vehicle from this dealership and the experience has been extremely concerning. The first vehicle she received became inoperable within a week of purchase. After raising the issue, the dealership swapped it out for another vehicle that also had significant problems and was not much better. There was no real resolution — just another problematic car.
