Sold me a car knowing it was in bad shape. Less than a month, the car stopped running.
STUFF WAS STOLEN FROM MY CAR!!!! I recently bought a Buick Verano from here. I was one payment behind with the next one coming due and they repossessed it. I had 60 packages in there to deliver for my job. And they stole the 60 packages out of the vehicle. They left the tote bags that the packages were in, but took all the packages. I by Fair recommend Kelley Auto Plex .. I'm going on my second vehicle with them . I loved my Nissan if it wasn't for getting in a car accident I would of still had it . However it was & now once again in a time at need Chase is helping me get into another vehicle any problems that did occur I was helped and fixed ..so complaints here thank you .
not to be rude but i dont reccomend this place they moved couple of times cus they keep messing iver people . I had got a 2017 ford fusion black at first it was perfect and ended up breaking on me. Read reviews online. I didnt get no money back from all the money i put in to this car . It was nice but high mileage & i stayed with out a car for a good while but i got me a 2023 now with 12,000 miles for the price they were selling me the ford fusion for $16,999 .
