Don’t get a paint touch up here. The nerve to charge $150 to get two small scratches touched up and it looks like a child painted it. They didn’t even bother to color match or smooth out the clearly raised and bumpy texture. Could’ve done that shoddy work myself but thought I was hiring professionals.
Worker from other shop on state put a part on broken that I paid out of pocket for and left the inside of my vehicle dirty and fingerprints all over when it was spotless when I dropped it off to them. This shop southwest got a new part and fixed it correctly. Looks brand new. Vehicle clean. Even shined the tires as extra. Thank you! That's integrity and Excellence.
Taken 2 cars there and I was always happy with them. Until recently...I had my BMW in for front-end-drivers side damage repair and after I picked it up I started getting a "URGENT LIGHTING SYSTEM CHECK UP" on the myBMW app. I called and spoke to Jonathon. Cleanest, most professional body shop I’ve ever been to. Fast estimate. Quoted me 2 weeks for the repair, but completed it in 10 days. Good coordination and communication between Kelley, insurance company (Auto Owners) and me during and after repair, but not beforehand. Excellent work on the damage to my car.
