I took my car in for some cosmetic work, and they truly went above and beyond my expectations. The team made the entire process completely seamless and kept me informed from start to finish. Huge thanks to Brian and the team!
Don’t get a paint touch up here. The nerve to charge $150 to get two small scratches touched up and it looks like a child painted it. They didn’t even bother to color match or smooth out the clearly raised and bumpy texture. Could’ve done that shoddy work myself but thought I was hiring professionals.
Worker from other shop on state put a part on broken that I paid out of pocket for and left the inside of my vehicle dirty and fingerprints all over when it was spotless when I dropped it off to them. This shop southwest got a new part and fixed it correctly. Looks brand new. Vehicle clean. Even shined the tires as extra. Thank you! That's integrity and Excellence.
