Terrible experience overall. Called out and required multiple repairs needing to be done on sellers end pre-sale, that had already been discussed and approved by our lender. Also, forced us to get a second inspection on both house and foundation, even though we already had lender approved inspections on both. When asked about it, their response was "well we thought your lender wouldn't approve without those, we talked to them and they said it was fine, but it's in the appraisal now so has to be done."
