I wish this review was positive. I seldom leave negative reviews. They gave the completely wrong arrangement to the funeral; but what's worse - several of the white carnations were brown. I was the first one there upon delivery. Several stems were broken with wilted roses. Also, this arrangement was specifically to contain no pink (a color the deceased did not like). If I could give them 100 stars I would. I ordered from another company and it was awful come Valentine's day when my order got here. I went to Kelle's hoping they could do a delivery the day after. They did even better they got it to me the same day and saved my Valentine's. I will be getting all my orders here from now on.
