Patrick listened to my concerns and took care of all of them. Pleasant and professional.
We got rats in the attic. Jude promptly arrived. Explained and showed pictures of likely entry points. Based on his evaluation we did not need an extreme treatment. (Unlike another company). He trapped the rats and blocked all the identified entry points. I would have given a 5 star rating but due to no weekend service and a dead rat that stunk terribly, sickeningly, I'm thankful we had a neighbor that was able to empty that trap for us. I would definitely recommend Keller Pest Control for pest control.
